Need help with my Physics question – I’m studying for my class.

Assignment 1:

Here are the teachers instructions and analysis questions:

“Please note that WE ARE NOT running the actual experiment here. We are processing the data collected from an experiment conducted before (in .ambl file). You can follow the lab instructions in the word file (to be attached), and familiarize yourself with the way that the experiment was conducted. When following the experiment procedure, neglect the sections that ask you to do something for running the experiment. Collected data for each section of the experiment is gathered in the data file (.ambl), which you can open and analyze using Vernier Graphical Analysis software for free. Please download and install the software on your system (https://www.vernier.com/product/graphical-analysis-4/).

Your report should include the following sections;

-An

introduction to the experiment, explaining why we are doing this and

what are the main objectives of the analysis (1 paragraph).
-Complete answer to the Analysis part question
Your conclusion from the experiment, explaining what you have learned from it (1 paragraph).
Please make sure to support your report by tables, figures and graphs when doing data analysis in the software.
Your

report will be cross examined by Turnitin against the other available

references on the net and in the case of major overlap, will not be

graded!”

Attached is a Word doc of the entire lab procedure as well as the .ambl file with the data from the experiment. I’ve also included the teachers video on how to process the data.

Assignment 2:

Please make sure to answer the preliminary part questions based on your general understanding. When following the experiment procedure, neglect the sections that ask you to do sth for running the experiment. Collected data for each section of the experiment is gathered in the data file (.ambl), which you can open and analyze using Vernier Graphical Analysis software for free. Please download and install the software on your system, you can see a list of compatible devices for running the software in the Technical Specifications section on the same page (it might not be working on some tablets!). A short video explaining how to use the software is provided here (attached).

For your lab report, you should be answering the analysis part questions from the lab instruction file, by processing the collected data in the Graphical Analysis software. You should type your lab report and submit it to Moodle by the due date. Your report should include the following sections;

  1. An introduction to the experiment, explaining why we are doing this and what are the main objectives of the analysis (1 paragraph)
  2. Complete answer to the Preliminary part questions
  3. Complete answer to the Analysis part question
  4. Your conclusion from the experiment, explaining what you have learned from it (1 paragraph).

Please make sure to support your report by tables, figures and graphs when doing data analysis in the software. One suggestion is to use Microsoft Excel and compare the results for different cases. Also, note that your written report should be your own words. You can search the internet to get ideas about the answers however, you are not allowed to copy sections of your answer from other resources! Your reports will be cross examined by Turnitin against the other available references on the net and in the case of major overlap, will not be graded!
